Agility Mindset Podcast

The Agile Future Forum’s Agility Mindset Podcast is a new series making the business case for agile working practices in a rapidly changing landscape.

The podcast, which is supported by Lloyds Banking Group, is hosted by Fiona Cannon OBE, Director of the Agile Future Forum and Group Responsible Business, Sustainability and Inclusion Director at Lloyds Banking Group, alongside business journalist Maggie Pagano.

Each episode explores a different issue relating to the concept of workforce agility and the potential impact to business, society and the economy. The introduction episode features the first guest Sir Win Bischoff, Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council and former chairman of Lloyds Banking Group.

The Agility Mindset Podcast will explore the organisational and economic case for workplace agility, arguing that agile working practices can enable companies to thrive in the context of new technologies, changing custom demands, demographic shifts, and globalisation. The podcast explores the direct positive impact on the bottom line.

In the context of the UK’s productivity crisis, and global economic uncertainty, it also highlights how agile working will have a positive impact on the overall strength of the UK economy.
