This tool can be completed in bite sized pieces, it’s all up to you to dictate the speed.
On this page you will also find links to all the downloadable material that you will need in order to go through the process. You should download the material now as during the online workshop section of the tool you will be asked to locate certain slides and use them with your group. The downloadable materials also includes the facilitators notes that along with the online workshop are designed to help you get the most from the experience and ensure that your colleagues are fully engaged and get the best out of the process.
The Online Business Tool is a preview of the end-to-end process of identifying agile practices that will add value to your business and their implementation and is structured as follows:
- Step 1 is all the preparation that you need to do before running your own workshop and should be looked at first.
- Step 2 is the workshop itself which contains all the materials you need and explanations of what to do with those materials. This workshop also includes video instructions which will help you to better understand the content of that section.
- Step 3 is the post workshop quantification process. This should be performed after the workshop but feel free to take a look at it in your own leisure to familiarise yourself with what it is about.
- The final step is the follow up session which you should look to carry out around 2 weeks after the Post Quantification Process (Step 3)
